1. Custom Orders
Every custom order is produced on the strength of your order. Before completing your order please understand that they are more expensive than standard “off-the- shelf” alternatives in the same style, they can’t be cancelled or refunded for any reason and they take several weeks extra for production. However, if you decided to proceed with a custom order, your unique shoes should provide you with an incomparable feeling of knowing you’re wearing the perfect footwear to suit you.
2. Delay for Production
As your custom order needs to be produced in a factory, there will be a delay for production. The majority of custom orders are dispatched 4-8 weeks after placing your order. This timescale is not a guarantee. Occasionally the timescale can be shorter, occasionally longer. If you have a timescale that you are working to please Contact Us for the latest advice.
Timescales can vary depending on holiday seasons and levels of demand at the factory. Typically you could expect longer delays for orders placed at the start of summer or the festive holiday seasons. It’s also worth noting that custom sole productions tend to be produced more quickly than custom upper productions.
3. No Returns, Refunds, Cancellation or Alterations
Before placing your order, please make sure that you are totally confident in your selections (including your size). Due to the unique nature of each custom order, there are no refunds or cancellations for any reason. Once an item has gone into production we cannot accept alterations.
4. Delays
We make clear that we cannot provide any blanket guarantee on production timescales. No refunds are available due to the delay in production.
